TownePlace Suites by Marriott Lancaster

This is our second time staying at this location. Check in was easy. Jesus was the one who checked us in and was very polite and helpful. We retuned that evening after our day with family and Jesus welcomed us back. He was so helpful and friendly and gave us some plastic spoons (one of my sons prefers plastic spoons over the metal ones in the room). We chatted for a bit and he offered to turn the fireplace and TV on in the lobby. We enjoyed the warm fireplace and watched a show as family in the lobby before going to bed. In the morning, breakfast was delicious. Plenty of variety and warm coffee and cold juice. Plenty of bagels and breakfast sandwiches along with yogurt and. Hard boiled eggs, oatmeal and fixings, cereals and milks and gluten free muffins. The room is spacious and has a nice size kitchen and fridge. Stocked with pans and bowls and plates and silverware and utensils and a toaster. There also is a dishwasher but we didn’t need it. Overall we love this hotel. We will stay again when we return.

Solid quality hotel for families or business travelers. I stayed a week and enjoyed the room and friendly staff. Would like to see more variety on the breakfast offerings, but it is still good. I liked the outdoor grill and used it to make my favorite steaks along with the well equipped kitchen in my room.

Awesome Marriott property centrally located in Antelope Valley close by to the 14. Property is newer, rooms were clean with a small useable kitchen, and breakfast was great. Plus Sarah was great and went the extra mile to make sure we were happy and comfortable!

We had a great stay at this hotel. It felt very safe and is perfectly located in town. We the room was clean, the work desk was nice, and the kitchenette made it feel extremely homey. The front desk help was quick and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you have business or family in the area.

Wow wow wow! My family came from all over this past weekend for one of our family members funeral and we experienced such kindness. We weren't there for long but we got to know the staff on a personal level and they offered us things and we're so patient with my loud family. Shawn was amazing, kind, funny, helpful and even took some time to take a family picture for us, which is so huge for us. Clara welcomed us in the mornings, kind, listened to us talk, talked to us about her dogs and was so nice. Many more staff members were just this and more. This was such an amazing experience, especially in such a time of grief. The rooms were amazing and so comfortable. Keep up the awesome work!

Very nice suite, and very affordable. The kitchenette was very helpful for someone with dietary restrictions. Overall cleanliness was great, very clean and felt like newly remodeled. Will definitely stay here again on my trips between California and Arizona.

We had a great experience! The front counter representatives Shawn and Bryce showed my family and I exceptional customer care. We were visiting while a family member was in the ICU and they were attentive and helpful. Their positive attitude, kindness, and professional was exactly what we needed. The property is clean, the pool is nice and warm, the lobby sitting area is great (especially if you have people meeting you there), the laundry was clean and had plenty of machines, we didn't get to use it but the BBQ area was a nice amenity, and of course the hot breakfast was the Chery on top! Strongly recommend this property for families, business travelers, or if you are making a quick visit to town. We will definitely come back!

I was extremely pleased with my stay here. The staff was extraordinarily courteous and helpful. The suites are very well maintained, quiet, and very functional. A great place to stay for a business trip or overnighting on travel. Also: should you enjoy a meal or drinks at Complexity Wine (which I strongly recommend!), be sure to tell them where you are staying ... they will give you a discount! It is just across the back parking lot, so a very short walk!
